We understand that you may make an error in your order. Customers may request for cancel their order within 7 days upon receiving the products.

The product to return must be in its original condition and packaging as delivered to you. Postage incurred by returning the product will be borne by the customer. Refund amount do not include delivery charges incurred during purchase and the refund may be in the form of store credits or vouchers.

Exchange

We will only do an exchange in the event you received a faulty product. We have strict quality assurance in place in Natsco, however, if in an unfortunate event that you have received a faulty product, please contact us via support@natsco.com.sg within 7 days upon receiving your product and our customer service officer will assist you for your exchange. You may be requested to provide details and photograph of the faulty items. 

Please do not return the product before verification and approval from the customer service officer. Do ensure that the product is in its original packaging.
